DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Italy on business days via DHL Express Service. 
Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays in Italy).

Our delivery time varies depending on the destination of the country. 
Our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Average transit times by country are listed below.

Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. MR FLIKS  is unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above.

MR FLIKS ships to the following  countries:
The United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, and Vatican City, USA, Canada.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries other than those listed above. 
All orders require a signature upon delivery.

AVERAGE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

The average shipping transit time is 2-7 business days depending on the country of destination.

Below is an indication of the average shipping time for major European countries:

  • Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia Mon-Fri, 2-3 days
  • Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands  Mon-Fri, 1-3 days
  • Bulgaria, Estonia  Mon-Fri, 2-6 days
  • Denmark, Finland, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Iceland  Mon-Fri, 2-7 days
  • Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain Mon-Fri, 2-5 days
  • Switzerland, United Kingdom  Mon-Fri, 2-3 days
  • Usa Canada  Mon-Fri, 2-7 days

 

SHIPPING METHODS

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
All the shipments are provided by DHL Express Carrier. DHL On-Demand Delivery Service is provided without any additional cost to the customer, whenever it is granted by the Carrier.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES:
For orders below €300 different rates are applied based on the country of destination.

The rates are €10 for Italy, €20 for the rest of the European countries, €30 for USA, Canada and United Kingdom.

For shipments to countries outside of the European Union, additional charges may apply.

FREE SHIPPING:
Express free shipping is valid on orders above €300 for Italy and European countries

VAT:
Prices are always VAT-included when shipping to countries belonging to the European Union and to the United Kingdom. For all the other countries (such as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland), additional costs for VAT and Custom Taxes will be collected by the carrier on the delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES: 
You do not have to pay import taxes and/or duties if you receive your shipment at an address within the European Union

If you receive a shipment in the UK, you are not required to pay any import taxes and/or duties. 
However, you do pay VAT which is already included in the retail purchase price at the checkout. If you receive a shipment in any other extra EU country (such as Norway, Switzerland, or Iceland) you will be required to pay import taxes and/or duties.

Import taxes and duties will be collected directly by the DHL carrier upon delivery or with other methods based on the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer/recipient to pay.
As the recipient, the customer is the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
Please note that our 2-year guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies. MR FLIKS cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

 

RETURN POLICY

We accept return requests within 14 days with proof of purchase.

The return of the goods is made by the customer with any courier of his choice.
Item(s) must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean and with all tags still attached, and include all original, undamaged packaging and any relative accessories received with the order or they may be refused.
Hemmed items, or altered items, may not be returned.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment in the amount of the item(s) price. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.

EXCHANGES
If the reason for your exchange is a size change, you will have to return your item by choosing a courier of your choice. You can contact Mr Fliks at shop@mrfliks.com explaining which size you would like to replace than we can send you the new size as soon as we have received the wrong size and verified that it complies with the return policy.

If the reason for your exchange is an item change, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.

RETURN COSTS
The return of the goods is made by the customer with any courier of his choice, in case of tax or deauty they will be deducted from the refund. The goods travel under the responsibility of the customer, any damage will be charged to the customer.

RETURN SHIPMENTS
MR FLIKS cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

RETURN SHIPMENTS TRANSIT TIME
We receive returns at our warehouses usually in 7-14 business days. 
Once arrived, any return is subject to quality assurance check.
